These terms govern your use of the Mockstage Figma plugin and website ("Mockstage"). By installing or using Mockstage, you agree to these terms.

Using Mockstage

You may use Mockstage to preview, validate, and present your own designs, or designs you are authorized to work on. You are responsible for the content of the frames you run through the plugin and for complying with any applicable laws.

Accounts and access

Mockstage runs on top of your Figma account. You must comply with Figma's terms while using the plugin. We may suspend access if the plugin is misused, abused, or used to violate the law.

Intellectual property

Mockstage, including its name, branding, plugin code, and website, is owned by the Mockstage team. You retain all rights to your own design content. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of your work.

Disclaimer

Mockstage is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the plugin reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mockstage and its authors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the product.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Mockstage after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
